Here's What We Do!
Once you give us your instructions, we will immediately notify your Estate Agent that the home information pack has been ordered. They can begin marketing your property the same day, so there are no hold-ups or delays in getting your house on sale.
We will agree a convenient time with you for the Energy Assessment. This involves a 60 minute survey of your home by an accredited Energy assessor. The assessor will need to gain access to your heating and hot-water systems, and also to your attic/roof-space.
Once compiled, we will send electronic copies of the home information pack both to you and your Estate Agent, and also to your solicitor if required.

Because we want you as a Client "For Life", we are delighted to answer any questions that you might have about energy aspects of your house or home information packs anytime in the future. Just give us a call!

So How Do We Help?
We send all of our Clients a "Home Maintenance Tip Of The Month", via e-mail. These helpful tips are designed to keep you in tune with what really needs to happen around your house on a regular basis.
We've sent "Tips" on everything from keeping your Clothes Dryer Vent Line cleaned out in order to prevent a fire, to removing Window Screens on windows you don't normally open, to prevent wood rot.
Oh by the way, the last few months we've sprinkled in a few "Money Saving" energy tips as well! Who else wants to give the power companies less of their hard earned money?
How Flexible Is Your Schedule?
We know that your schedule is very hectic so we work hard to accommodate you!
Each of our Certified Energy Assessors conducts four assessements a day,at 9 am,11am, 1 pm and the last one at 3 pm. This allows ample time for us to do the thorough, quality job you expect and get to our next appointment on time.
Because not every one can attend the inspection during the week, we also inspect on Saturdays and Sundays. Our Sunday inspection schedule is limited, so please let one of our professional schedulers know as soon as possible that you need a Sunday inspection. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
We Schedule Home Information Packs and Energy Assessements seven days a week as well so feel free to give us a call on the weekend to schedule your HIP OR EPC!
